I think it was George Toney also who later worked with Kenny Jarrett on his sprint car and SC car. Rich Levell still lives in the Elwood area and could answer that question if it is other than GT.

That would definitely be my uncle, George Toney. His wife (widow), Beverly is my dads sister. Thanks everyone that's already responded.
