7 RACES REMAIN FOR AMSOIL NATIONAL SPRINTS;

LAWRECEBURG RESCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 17

Saturday night’s “Fall Nationals” at the Lawrenceburg (Ind.) Speedway was postponed by adverse weather, which included persistent rain and cold temperatures. The race has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 17, and will be the final Midwest appearance of the AMSOIL USAC National Sprint Car Series. The series concludes November 12-14 at Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway and November 19-21 at USA Raceway in Tucson, Ariz.

Robert Ballou of Rocklin, Calif. continues to lead the standings, but has only a 25-point lead over Chase Stockon and a 35-point lead over Dave Darland. A total of 74 points will be available at Lawrenceburg,
