RaceCeiver issue?

I am having a problem with my RaceCeiver. I can hear the track person just fine when I am sitting in the line up chute but once my car is running it is scrambled and static when they talk. I am assuming it is an issue caused by the mag??? Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

You either need resistor spark plugs or spark plug wires. but don't make both resistor. Id go with wires.

Could be other things like antenna connection. But the one above is the most common interference issue.

Where is the raceceiver at in the car? on the driver or do you have it mounted to the car somewhere?

I have it clipped onto my seat belt.

Luke

Hang it behind your seat on the A bar. All you need is more shielding and a little more distance from the transmitter better known as your Mag, The fiber glass cowl and your seat belt let them radio waves come right to your receiver. They aren't that strong and a little distance and a tad of aluminum is all it should take.
