Your timing is advanced to far or you need a heat shield for your starter. JMO

Could be time for a new motor.

Sorry its a 08 gsxr 1000 its in a mini sprint... Im thinking its the starter as i fully charged batteries and would barely turn over then u tap starter and it will start turning faster but still very slow... going to swap it out today..

First congratulations on you're win. I would bet it's the starter. Did you know if you have a good starter and alternator shop in you're area they can rebuild them. Normally all that's wrong are the brushes. Hope that helps.

Re: Warm start issues

Over a period of time running, through normal were, the valves will beat into the seats. Therefore closing the distance between the cam and the valve(or valve bucket, or lifter, or whatever style valve train you have) that's why it's important to check your valve lash periodically and reset it as needed. I'm not saying that is your problem, but I'm just giving you the reason why being a stock engine doesn't mean that the valve aren't too tight.
