In all reality , He needs some time in jail. He needs to get away from all the bad influences in his life, and use it as a chance to start over. I can't guarantee it will clean him up, but it would be a good way for him to start in the right direction. Where he's at in his life right now, isn't the right direction.

+1. Beginning to hope that this is his rock bottom because if it is not, he may not be on this earth much longer.

Would you be "praying for him" and hoping he turns it around if he was just a guy across town? Or just because he can drive?
After all this kind of behavior could kill people for no reason. Sit in jail and think about it for a long time I hope.
