I'll guess that there will be one in December,going by past years schedules. Not usually a point race from memory,and it seems to get added to the schedule later in the year.

That race is a EXTRA and hasn't been on the normal schedule the past two years. Two years ago they had it a week prior to Xmas. Weather was good so doors remained open 67 cars.

Last year, I can't remember when they scheduled it but Forecast for horrid weather pretty much killed the date they had set Not sure if DuQuoin got the 14 inches or not, But some places on the way too and from did.

I think it was scheduled for Dec 7th, had my motel room booked and it got canceled my grandson was very disappointed!

Sure hope they try a Dec race again....it's always been on my calendar, but have never been able to make it. would love to see a mini chili bowl one day event

Hope so too. 2 years ago was great racing.

I think they announced it in October last year. Was gonna go before Mother Nature intervened. Figures, 1st indoor race I was gonna attend is cancelled by weather!

If you go to POWRi’s web site on the left there is a small you tube video telling about races taped for MAV TV it mentions Du Quoin but does not give a date.
