When was the last time either The Tony Bettenhausen 100 or The Ted Horn 100 were rescheduled?

And what's wrong with a double header tomorrow?

Dbl header would have made the most sense. In my small alcohol riddled mind. I know next to nothing on rescheduling a SC race during a state fair though.
