Midget week?
 

Wonder why Tri-State Speedway doesn't try and get a race during Midget week? I know every date is already filled but would like to see them run there.

You can see midgets at TSS on the 28th of June. MSCS sprint cars too

I've asked the same question and the reply I always get is that Midgets at TSS don't draw a good enough crowd

Yea I will be there for that one but wished they race there more.

When would they run on Tuesday?No crowd or very few.

TSS had the Hut 100 for I think 3 years 1st year was the USAC/ Power I argument of those rules we running. They were lucky to get the 33 cars to start and I believe that agrument also held down the crowd . 2nd Hut 100 had a threat of rain all day but they ran the race with a lot of empty seats which I understand people won't travel any distance with chance of a rain out . The 3rd race had beautiful weather to start with and WOW what a race till I am thinking maybe lap 90 and it started to drizzle and had a short red flag When race restarted what a race it was between Jerry Coons and Brady Bacon till jerry broke with 2 or 3 to go But once again not many people were there. I don;t know but I would believe TSS lost money all three years on that race so they let it go which I don't blame them cuz you can't keep loseing money I see on here IOW people saying Oh I'll be there Yeah I;m going there If half the people who say that would show up the stands would be full so now we only get one midget race a year at TSS Maybe if we get a crowd we could get another one. This is just my opinion and I'll take a bashing but I;m a big guy so let it start
