Don't know anything about the car except it had a number 4 on it.

I encountered this driver and car at the Hardee's in Terre Haute on Indy 500 day three or four years ago. If memory serves me correctly, he said it was one of Tony Bettenhausen's former cars, but I don't recall the details about where and when it competed.
