Hello my name is Derek
I am new to the open wheel community , but have been around racing my whole life. I am going to be 15 years old in Febuary and will begin racing in the American Super Cup Series around at places such as Rockford,Indy speedrome, and Wi tracks. I just wanted to post here to get my name out in the open wheel community as I aspire to search and race different things in the near future.

First off welcome to Indiana Open Wheel and best of luck on your racing exploits.

I see where your ultimate goal is to race stock cars at an elevated level. I was wondering if you have an interest in open wheel; TQs, Kenyon Midgets on up.

Yes I have always had knack for stock cars since My Dad has worked on stock cars (ASA,late Models,NascarMidwest. Great Uncle Howie Lettow worked with many great drivers in ASA for many years including Jimmie Johnson, and David Stremme. None the less racing has always been a family thing , and this past month I was at the Rumble at Fort Wayne helping pit a couple cars, and just really got to explore a different atmosphere compared to being around stock cars,and late models all summer long. I like everything, just want to get my name out there since I am having more and more interest in open wheel cars such as midgets , and micros,ect.
