HARF's 2013 Award Winners
 

I have been asked to post the other HARF chosen Awards, so here goes.
Driver of the Year winner is Dave Darland, his 4th such honor.
Mechanical Acheivement: Steve & Carla Phillips.
Gene Powlen Fan Appreciation Award to Andrew Quinn.
Jimmy Caruthers Memorial Most Improved driver: Chad Boespflug.
HARF Media Award: Sean Buckley / MAV TV.
JIggs & Nona Tomason's Promoters Option Award: the O'Connor Family.

We will also honor Award winners for the HARF Sportsmanship Award, the Emma & Joie Ray Award for Courage, & there will be a Pat O'Connor Award winner this year, along with a special President's Award (chosen by the President...that's me), but we will attempt to keep these 4 Awards a SECRET until the time these winners names are called at the Banquet, you have to be there to see the reactions.
We will also add 2 more names to our Hall of Fame after we receive the nominations and then the entire HARF membership votes on 2.

We hope you make plans now to attend our 62nd Annual Awards Banquet on January 26th, 2014, the day after the 13th Annual Circle Track Expo at the Fairgrounds, so make a weekend out of it. Our Banquet is alway alot of fun and filled with surprises. Details & information can be found on our new website at www.HARF.vpweb.com

Bob you guys do a great job, thank you for the time you put into H.A.R.F. We were hoping for one of the top prizes and up until June 16 we had a chance, the crash set us back the rest of the season. You and all your helpers deserve a big hand for everything you do for the fans, drivers and of course the race tracks we all get to run on and put our butts in the seats at.
