engine mounting height

Installing a r1 in a 06 Bailey and my question is how much of the engine do you let hang below the bottom frame rail? I am trying to keep everything above the bottom of the rail but everything else including the engine plate cut outs (mainly chain) is way off. To my knowledge, this car has only had oil cooled gsxr's in it. I hope this is a simple fix but if I need to change everything, so be it. Just want it to be right. Thank you for any help and input.

Hey Pat,

Here's an '02 Bailey with an R1; looks like it's all up above the bottom rails, which I think is a really good idea. I sure wouldn't want my oilpan to be the first thing to make contact with the track!
I know the sprockets are higher on the newer motors than our old oilers. Based on the price list on the Bailey website a new motor plate and mounts would set you back a little over a hundred bucks...
