Re: Car Count
Seeing as there is at least 3 or more tracks running sprints on Saturday already They may get 15 or less

Re: Car Count
They will get more than we expect just so people can check out the new track. IMO

Re: Car Count
I asked the question in another post as to where they would be getting their car count from? Five other tracks in the region run traditional sprint cars on Saturday nights.
I think this particular Saturday, weather will play into it. If the weather is good and all of the track race, Plymouth will suffer in my opinion. If perhaps someone gets rained out, not so much. If all of the other tracks run, I will predict Plymouth will have 10 sprints or less and here is why. Paragon is closed this week so maybe they will pick up some from there. The Paragon guys as a whole don't travel much so if they happen to go, Lincoln Park & Clay County are much closer. Both are running a regular show this week. Waynesfield has the Jack Hewitt Classic and Lawrenceburg is running the BOSS show both with enhanced purses. Add in USAC midgets at the Belleville Nationals and you remove some other drivers that normally run sprint cars from the mix. A difficult task to try and run traditional sprints at a new track on a Saturday night in Indiana. Good luck and hope you can pull it off. |
My guess is they wont have the lowest car count.
