Heard it sold at 990,000 today which was the auction for it..lets hope its for the good and not anothet truck stop or shopping mall

Read where a tow truck company bought it and they are planning to race do not know how much yet time will tell per post on 4M

We have been there a few times and it is really a great dirt track. They ran mostly special event late models and modifieds and I think maybe a sprint race or two. They had a big early season race that we went to the first weekend of March one year. Over 70 late models and over 90 modifieds. One of the best run show I have ever been to.

Not quite sure why it closed other than I think that region of the country took a pretty good hit when the economy tanked. Whenever we were there, they had great car counts and the stands were full. I also would hate to see this place end up something other than a racetrack.

I seen late models go 6 wide there lots of room...does get good counts..even seen mscs back in its early days there..sunday show shut down for like 2 hrs.due to a church right off the backstretch...awesome place seats facility etc..i heard its ronnie jones never heard of him but heard he owns wrecker service and or salvage yard around calverf city..

I only been there twice for( never thought I;d say this but )for late models four five wide just great racing Both nights kept thinking if sprints were runnng be seeing 8 9 wide I don;t care if only run specials I;ll go The track sure is in the mddle of no where

Seen the WOO sprints there and several big late model shows. Great place. Just needed better management and for sure better surface. If you happened to sit in turn 4, you better be ready to dodge all the rocks.
