Not according to the rules I downloaded before we took a 2.0 liter DOHC Honda to DuQuoin. It specifically excluded Focus powered cars although the legal displacement for DOHC motors is 2.0 liters. Since DuQuoin was a non-points event they allowed 2.4 liter Ecotec cars compete.
