Here is a picture that I took of Paul this past weekend during the USMTS event. That is Chris Brown on the outside of him. I know, kinda OT. . .

Yeah, I know. For anyone that hasn't been to a USMTS show, though; you are missing some great racing. This past weekend they had the three day Texas Winternationals. It was a series run and promoted event. 80 mods and 60 "limited" or "hot" or "B" mods. All three nights the racing never lasted more than 4 hours. No breaks for intermission and constant racing. Very few yellow flags. Eight heat races and four last chance races for the mods; and six heat races and two last chance races for the limiteds with features from 30 to 50 laps. This isn't the kind of modified racing most folks might be used to.

Yeah, I still prefer sprint cars, but I also find it hard to miss a USMTS event. I am glad that I haven't had to choose between a sprint car show and a USMTS show yet. If it were a winged sprint car show, well, I kinda know which way I might be leaning, though.
