I'd like to try and get off work for the winter racing in Florida, has there been any dates announced?

not as of yet hope to announce soon

Would it be at same track as last year? Any rumors on where usac will be? If the dates would coincide it would definitely help car counts.

USAC will likely not be returning to the same track, but no one knows for sure. It's possible they may not even be back to Florida - but they could still run at either East Bay or Volusia (maybe). Stay tuned - around the time of the PRI Trade Show we might get a schedule - 11/29/12 or so.

D500 is on 2/24, so you already know that the height of all the sprint car / short track racing will be 2/15 to 2/23. You are safe in trying to get that as your vacation week (or 10 days if poss.)!
