Glad to see this weekends events rescheduled. But hope all you sprint car fans understand that even though the king of non-wing deal is next weekend as well, mods will be the headliner probably. Don't be upset if they get to qualify and get a little more attention. It's their one big race out of the year and all the mod driver's time to shine. They put on good shows every week and deserve a big show like the patriot.

I agree with everything you said in your post, Dustin. But, I hope you understand why sprint car fans might not be all that enthusiastic about seeing sprint cars race on a racing surface that will have already been DESTROYED by a 100 lap modified race. It's an undeniable fact and there's no real way around it. And this is coming from someone who loves going to see racing at LPS. The best feature I've seen this year so far, was there. Even so, I don't know that I'm going to be able to motivate myself to want to see this one.

I think it would be cool if they would be able to qualify both sprints and modifieds...

I attended last year after Terre Haute Usac got over. They ran four classes, three consi's and the 100 lap mod feature and the track was still PERFECT for the sprint feature.

Course left at 1am with two features to go. But had a ball and tons of racing between THAT and PVILLE
