May Be hard to believe for some...

Although we are in a battle with Kyle Larson for the Kokomo Speedway Title AND Stanbrough (who? :3:) for the IOW Title, it is Summer Break for the Iceman. Most of you know we are a "Family First" Team so this may be no surprise. However for many it may seem like a foolish thing to do at this time. But, Coleman is still only 18 (hard to believe isn't it?) and we are still mapping his future in racing. So, Coleman is now back in NY with Race, Hoosier (his doggies; surprising names huh?) Karlie Reynolds, and his Family. We are ECSTATIC to have him home for a while, spending time with us as a Family. There is no time frame for his return. A young man that has spent most of his Teen years growing up in Indiana chasing his dreams deserves to take a break to reunite with those that are closest to him.

I saw where Justin Grant, a good friend of the Iceman, is heading back to California to be with his Family too. Great choice by Justin to return home and "hit the Reset Button too".

The sacrifices by these Kid's are measurable by the fact so many of them have left home early to try and make a name for themselves in Racing. Coleman left home in NY mid way through his 9th grade year and enrolled in Milan High School to make sure he still got his schooling in and was able to Race in the best form of racing in the Country. He then went to Brownsburg High School for 10th grade. Then, he continued his education on line so he could continue to Race 410 NON WING Sprint cars in Indiana even more.

So, at this time, it may be a surprise to many that Coleman is home for a Summer Break to have his own "Reset" and spend time with his Family. We WILL be back in Indiana soon but the sacrifices in Points will noticeable but not regretted. The only regrets we would have if he was unable to come home for a time spent with his Family.

To our many fans and supporters, we thank you so much for your continued support and we ask you to look forward to Coleman returning to Indiana in the near future to fight for Wins and to keep fighting with the best racers in the World:6::8:.

We will see all of you again soon... Our best,

Team CGR and The Iceman.

I continue to believe that you are doing the right thing. Family is so important in the maturation process. Hope you all have a great time together and look forward to Coleman's return.

We all need a vacation even race car drivers. Time to sit back and relax while reflecting on what lies ahead. I hope you and your entire family enjoy the time the Iceman is back in NY. Looking forward to his return to his second home-Indiana.

I'd say it's a well deserved break, hate to see em lose his points race, but family and life are definately more important. He's still young, he has plenty of chances to run for a Kokomo speedway title lol..enjoy your time with the iceman and I can't wait to see him throw up some dirt at Kokomo :)

Pete:

I know all too well how much family time means. I treasure every minute with my Dad and a minute does not go by that I dont think about my Mom (she will have been gone six months this weekend). Make some fun memories with your family.
