This race is an ABC Wide World of Sports telecast from Eldora Speedway on April 28, 1984. It features the USAC Sprint Car Series in an early season battle on the high banked half-mile.

Same here. That was actually the first USAC sprint car race that I attended. That day was the start of a whole new era for me.
