A great driver, but an even greater man to know his priorities!
Good luck to Jason and his family! I wander what this will mean for Stevie Smith? Wasn't he going to be a teammate to Jason for the majority of the WoO schedule this season? Or am I thinking of the wrong team?

Not that he needs it, but Jason earned my respect with his decision. It takes quite a man to change his career path and put his family first. Best wishes to him in the future!

His wife and daughters will never forget what he is doing for them. Out of all the wins on the track this will be his biggest WIN.

Stevie Smith's ride is still in place but is only a PA ride with Chris Luck and another owner from PA teaming up to be team owners. http://www.theblackbandit.com/ I would say with Jason Myers loosing one of the main $$$ investerors in his team in the name of Chris Luck that is what has driven Jason off the tour. Just my thoughts.

I can't say I blame him for stepping back for his family as not too many fathers would do that today and I commend him for that. No better way to step away for a while is while on top. I think he will be back maybe just on a limited schedule or maybe just on the west coast. To me this is a major blow to the Woo organization as they are down to 8 full timers.
