Circle Track Powerglide, Direct Drive
 

Up for sale is a freshly built circle track Powerglide. This 2-speed was used for only two races, and features a direct-drive coupler (replacing the torque converter), which means no power loss or slippage through the transmission! Full power right out of the corner!

It features a unique TCI Circle Track valvebody, PN #744500, reverse pattern, which allows smooth transition from neutral to drive by controlling line pressure internally--no more clutch pedal or manual ball valve! ;)

It was freshly rebuilt with bands and clutches the same season, and has sat since. Included is a TCI Direct Drive Coupler, which replaces the torque converter and mates to a standard Chevy Smallblock flexplate and crank flange.

The transmission has over $800 in parts so I feel $500 is fair. I will entertain best offers or possible trades for other racing stuff.
