Wind Tunnel crawler

Just noticed the Wind Tunnel crawler showing Tracy Hines as the winner of the USAC sprint car race at Terre Haute. Wonder what the source of their USAC results is?

They probably looked as far as the Qualifying rundown, which showed Tracy Hines as the "winner" of time trials:11:
