Collin Cabre
Collin will be making a trip to Indiana this weekend to take on the Must See Extreme racing series. In recent weeks, Collin has entered 2 HOSS series races. The first of the two events took place at Baer Field. Collin won his heat race in dominating fashion, then battled a loose race car in the feature, moving to the high line to be sure he didn't hurt anybody's championship chances before mechanical failure caused his night to end with 5 to go. The 2nd start came at Illiana where he kid from Tampa was fastest in practice, only to have an engine let go. This weekend Collin is bringing his family owned #12 up to race at Anderson on saturday, and possibly Winchester sunday.
Everybody come out this weekend and support the MustSee racing series, as well as the 17 year old rookie, Collin Cabre! |
Re: Collin Cabre
Well we cant wait to bring up the Shaw car and see what luck we can have at Anderson. We have never been to Anderson with our car I know we will be under powered but this Gaerte 360 is a beast. To run with these series that we have run with is a real pleasure. Thanks for everything and see you at Anderson !!!

Re: Collin Cabre
Well it didn't turn out as well as i was hoping for but it is what it is !!! Had a great time at Anderson and what a great group of racers to race with really can't say enough. Highlight we won our heat race which didn't expect that especially after qualifing which SUCKED. Another positive we didn't have to go to the B-Main straight to the A-Main in 14th ran for 36 laps up to 10th then lost the brakes pulled it in. Special thanks to Jim Hanks and the " Must See " organization we can't wait for next year and hopefully we can put together a ride for Bristol. Thanks to the crew Michael, JR aka Dirty, Big Matt and Terry for all there help this weekend It couldn't of happen without your help. AP and Sam you all are nuts ( Sam's B-Gift ) !!!

Re: Collin Cabre
I admire the fact that throughout the day at Anderson, Collin wanted to constantly get better for his team, not just himself. He seems to understand what it takes for him to be able to race and was very appreciative and humble :9:. I look forward to watching this class act come up through the ranks. Best of luck to the Cabre Family

Re: Collin Cabre
P.R. Thank you for taking the time to make a comment on this form about my son. At 17 all they want to do is go fast and win and have no fear and sometimes when that all doesn't come together you can get a bit of a attitude, but Collin remains humble and does understand that if this was easy everyone would be doing it !! Thanks again..
