BC starts third in Indy Lights second in Midgets and fourth in the Silver Crown. Brad Sweet gets SC pole

Milwaukee level crowd here for USAC races. God I love all you people at @iowaspeedway. God help me, I do love you so.

In the final practice session for the Indy Car race on Saturday, Ed Carpenter had quick time of 178.866.

BC leads at the end of the first half. 8 green flag laps 17 yellow. First race I have seen where they counted yellows in a 25 lap race.

Earlier in the week USAC sent out an E-mail saying that there would be some manditory caution laps in each segment. Competition Yellows for lack of a better term. Not sure why, but it may have to do with tire wear... I'm sure they did not plan on that many...Yellows

Maybe someone knows for sure..

From the posts it looks like Kuhn went from 12th to 2nd in 8 green flag laps. That must have been fun to watch!
