Hud Cone and Curt Gross
 

I haven't seen anything out of either 1 of these guys this year? I was wondering if anyone knew if they are still racing or not? Both were always fast when I watched them race the past few years.

Kurt was out earlier this season, as for Hud I heard he and the guy he was partners with wanted to sell everything. Just what I heard.

i heard that hud was going to run the midget at belle-clair next week

I think Kurt was at the Kokomo season opener but only hot lapped?

I do know Hud just got married a few weeks back. havent seen him or kurt but pretty sure Kurt has raced some earlier

We were at Hud's house a couple of weeks ago, pretty nice place. He's a pretty darn good carpenter. He told me when he got his shop completed, which he's just about there, he's gonna see about getting the car back to the track. He did say they were leaning pretty heavily on being at Belle-Claire for the 2 day show in July. Nothing set in stone. He also told me Kurt hurt his motor pretty bad and thats why he's not been racing. No word on a possible return date.
