NOTHING compares to the start of the Little 500. Those three pace laps, the electricity in the air, the anticipation, the rumble of those 33 engines, everyone on their feet... nothing short of breath-taking. :8:

Getting a little ahead of your selves there guys. Two days of "on the edge" qualifying, four lap style to set the field of 11 rows of 3.:6: With the weather always a factor, this is a very important and exciting time for the owners, drivers and crews. Guess right and you are in with a good starting position. Guess wrong and you start at the back of the pack or worse yet, load it on the trailer. All or nothing. THEN we can enjoy the three parade laps of anticipation while watching the excitement grow.:31:
