Shock Question?

Is it standard to run 7 inch shocks on the front and 9 inch on the rear of a non-wing dirt sprint car? Can you run 9 inch all the way around?

if a sprintcar was made for 7" shocks and you put 9" shocks on ,they'll bottom out...unless you weld taller shock towers on

will 8" shocks work on the back of a non wing Maxim or do they need to be 9"?

We have always used 7" on the front and 8" on the rear with no problems.
