The Fix Is In
Isn`t it strange how Dale JR. wins the pole ,on the 10th anniv. of his
fathers death at the same track......After he hasnt won a race in three seasons...... What a joke Nascar has become....... :7::21: |

Re: The Fix Is In
First let me say I’m not a NASCAR fan. And I’m certainly not a Dale Jr. fan. I do watch the races, but it’s on the garage TV while I’m working on my car. It’s racing; it’s still better than most of what’s on TV on a Sunday afternoon.
But if you think NASCAR rigged it so Dale Jr. could win the pole, well, that’s just ridicules. And it’s even more ridicules to think that they could rig it for him to win. But rather then start a big debate, just think about this. Picture them telling Tony Stewart, “Ok, we’re going to let Dale win today.” Do you really think he would swallow that? Or for that matter, tell every one of the other 42 drivers that and get them to agree to it. Heck, I’ve never seen two drivers agree on what stagger to run, let alone who to let win a race! Re: The Fix Is In
His average starting position is 11.1 at Daytona, 9.9 at Texas and overall it's 16.1. So he does qualify well there. But that doesn't mean anything at Daytona.
I don't watch anything but Nascar on TV, I don't like football, baseball or hockey. But it is more and more like wrestling every year. I know Dale Sr was a big part of it, but I can't understand how thats all they can talk about. My money is on Kevin Conway driving the Extenze car for Joe Need-a-check. I mean he has won a couple of USAC Regional Midget races... |
Re: The Fix Is In
