Interesting spoiler on the tank. USAC's rulebook limits a bumper to 23" past the front of the axle. Maybe it is the angle of the photo, or shorter hood, but that thing looks like it could reach out and touch you. Levi had a bumper like that last year, but it didn't seem to stick out that far.

Where was the picture taken? Is that Sammy in the car? Or is this something he built for someone else?
