2011 South Bend Speedway Schedule
 

The 2011 South Bend Speedway Schedule has been released. They will be running non wing sprint cars about once a month and will also have a Midwest Supermodified Association show as well.

Glad to see someone invest the time and money to reopen this speedway.:6:

Hey Mike- How big is that track up in South Bend? Never been there or seen pictures of it. Banked turns? I may have to make the trek up to SB for the June supermodified race. Glad to have the supermodifieds back in the Hoosier State. I'd really like to see MSA or ISMA at ORP or Winchester too. Great open wheel racing.

Nice sched i might try to make it to the msa show as well.

SB is a measured quarter, and built by the same man that built Anderson and Rockford. Not a copy of either track though.

The surface is a little tough to grip, and fast is right on the bottom.

The Browns have a long term plan for SB. Please come support them whenever you can!

Scott certainly knows more about South Bend Speedway than I do. I have only driven past the joint a few times but never attended a race there. We certainly plan on making the trek up to see the supers. I am with you, it would be nice to see the supermodifieds at both Winchester and ORP. I would also like to see them at Angola again and Baer Field in Fort Wayne. Wishful thinking for 2011 at this point in time though.:19:

I read on another website that the owner varified the Sprint cars will be the FIRST feature run when they are there!! :8:

Is it a asphalt track? Never mind to run supers it has to be DUH :11;

and the auto value winged sprints run there twice. looks like 3 times for me:, for sure!!:8:
