Sumar Classic at Terre Haute - Saturday, October 9th

Next week's USAC Silver Crown event at the Terre Haute Action Track - "The Sumar Classic" - will feature single-car time trials and a straight-through 100-Lap Main Event.

Pits - 3:00
Ticket sales - 3:00
Front gates open - 4:00
Hot laps - 6:00

Press MAYBE... but a FYI the scoring loop at THAT has been broken for a couple years... so they can't do group qualifying there. Didn't do it at either USAC Sprint races. But we can atleast hold on to hope that the fans got there wishes answered...:6:

Lets get the sprints and midget there too and we can call it The Action Track Triple Crown. Maybe they could run against the bottom rail and do some passing.

$20 for the bleachers, or for everywhere? We went to the last sprint car race and it was $15 infield, $20 bleachers and $25 grandstands.

I believe that USAC is renting the track and this race is being promoted by them not THAT. You might have to contact them if you need an answer.
