Re: Big cash, prizes up for grabs at blooming
It is going to a GREAT racing weekend!!! We worked really hard to get these great prizes for the drivers. We are currently working on some stuff for the fans. I already have several autographed 8x10's from numerous photographers along with alot of t-shirts from the drivers for the fans each night.
In 2009 we had 65 entries at Bloomington with Jon Stanbrough taking home the $5,000 payday. With a nicely groomed track Shane Cottle got the final transfer spot in the 2nd B Main and started 20th in the A Main and came home with a 4th place finish passing 16 cars!! We had 46 entries at Tri-State Speedway with Bryan Clauson taking home the $10,000 payday. Yet again a very nicely prepared race track allowed Casey Shuman to take the final transfer spot in the B Main, start 20th in the A Main and come home with an 8th place finish!! There were alot of QUALITY cars at both events and a TON of side by side action, with several slide jobs being exchanged and ALOT of passing at each show. I look for the same thing this year and hope to see alot of people at each track supporting this great racing weekend. Please stop by the pits after each show and visit with the drivers and thank them for the show they put on for you!!!
