OT: who is going to the 3 hour
 

Just wondering if any of you are planning on going to the 3 hour figure 8 championship this saturday night? The Wife and I will be there, its been a while since I have been home to go. Just wondering what other race fans are heading there saturday night.

I know AQ is planning on going. Watched the replay of the 2009 version on TV last night.....fell asleep....may go though if THAT rains out

I will be there. This will be my 22nd three hour. I have been going with my dad since I was a child. Love this race!

This is the only race I go and watch at the Speedrome. I wish USAC would take the national midgets back out there. That track is perfect for midgets. I have my reserve seats up in Section T Row J seat 5-6. It was cheaper to get the 3 day pass then just pay for gen ad saturday night. May not sit there if i can find better seats on the back stretch though. I am planning on getting there around 6:30

Yeah I'm going. Used to watch figure 8 at my home track,Oxford Plains Speedway when I was growing up.

I like sitting in the turn better,can see the whole picture unfolding without having to turn your head back and forth all night.

PS I havent heard from Pine yet about saving him a seat. The Indianawannabe is all hot air so far about going to watch the World Figure 8 race! :2::2::2::2:

Sprint Cars Have Stolen My Heart !! However, I will be watching my 25th 3 hr This Saturday Night !! If you want a great show come watch Late Models run the 8 for 3 hrs and root for 6 Time Winner Jack Dossey Jr. He Is A Class Act !
