Mini-sprint indoor race
 

Looking for cars to run exhibition race at Freedom Hall in Louisville Ky Saturday Jan 30. We will support a monster truck show. We've run this thing for about 10 years now, always had a lot of fun with it. The track is about the same size as Kemper. If you are interested call Bill at Dad's Muffler Shop 502-778-6833.

is there any payout? what size engine? what is the weight?

In the past this has always been a 600 upright show. However its hard to find that many 600's down here now. So we decided to make it for 600 and 1200 upright cars with the 600's starting up front. We are looking to have about 8 to 12 cars, enough for two heats and a main. The driver must be 18 years old due to his insurance. The track is aprox the same size as kemper. We usually run the salem gear + or - one tooth on the axil in first gear.
We will be running for trophys no money. We have always had a lot of fun here and perhaps if enough intrest we could rent building the next day and split the dirt cost with truck promoter.

Since this is support class for monster trucks there is to charge for pit passes or car entry fee. They also provide passes for family to watch show. They usually draw about 7000to 10000 people and is good exposure for mini-sprints. We won't be checking weight, checking motor or fuel will just be running for fun.

These are not SPRINTS !!! They're MINI sprints !!! The radio commercial I heard in looserville ky. said SPRINTS.......Typical promoter B/C .......I;ll stay home.
