A recent domain name search brought up nationalopenwheel.com has been purchased by Wisconsin native Gary Schlafer. Schlafer was the former owner/ builder of the Beaver Dam Raceway. Perhaps a new sanctioning body may emerge? Hummmmmmmmm....very interesting.
