Here is the preliminary entry list for the midget and winged outlaw modified midget (600cc) divisions for the 12th annual "Rumble in Fort Wayne" on Saturday, Dec. 26 and Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009 at the Memorial Coliseum Expo Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.
