Johnny Shipman
Johnny is in the hospital; went to the hospital two days ago with difficulties breathing. Johnny is being kept at least another day as the pneumonia aggravated his COPD which has made him a little weaker than expected. The extra day or two should allow him to return to his residence at Sycamore Manor verses a rehab center.

Give my best to Johnny. He waved the fllags for our Quarter Midget group many moons ago and made all us kids feel like pros! His professionalism did not go to waste on us!! Mark Bush

Johnny's pneumonia has come back and really aggravated the COPD. He's in the hospital until at least Monday. Also found out that his sodium level dropped and they are trying to get it back up. He's in good spirits, but still shaky when he gets up to walk. He has managed to get several steps on his own, but still has a way to go on strength issue.

Re: Johnny Shipman
Ok, so this update is two days old, but I couldn't manage to get on here the other day.
Johnny has merca in his sputum (what he's coughing up). He's physically doing okay, but is mentally down because of the thought that he could get out of the hospital. |
