Congratulations Tracy Hines!
Tracy became the first and currently only driver to qualify a non-wing sprint car in the 13 second bracket at Winchester. His lap of 13.964 was wicked fast and my hat is off to him. I know he has wanted this distinction since at least when he was driving for us and came so very close so many times. Truly a historical moment!
Congratulations from the entire Hoffman Team! Rob Hoffman |

Re: Congratulations Tracy Hines!
Does this mean that Tracy has officially reclaimed the tiltle of:"Fastest Man Alive"?
Glad to see it, now he needs to get back into winner mode and start tracking Bigelow again. |
Re: Congratulations Tracy Hines!
I think JMV is going to want to talk to T. Hines.
Good job Tracy. Rob, Didn't your team break the 14 second bracket with Steve Butler? bg |

Re: Congratulations Tracy Hines!
I am pretty sure Vogler was in the 14 second bracket with the V-6. Don't know when the 14 second bracket was first broken but I don't think we did it. I will say that Steve Butler got into the 14.6 bracket long before anyone else.

Re: Congratulations Tracy Hines!
I believe Tom Bigelow ran a 15.2 in a 305 sprint car in 1979-80 in the fastest pavement sprint ever built the ARMSTRONG MOULD INC. PAUL LEFFLER BUILT PAVEMENT CAR.
