Mr. Spiker needs to get rid of them clowns working the wreckers & the infield help.
They don`t know there ass from a hole in the ground.i know it was in the contract to keep all the old help.
That said i enjoyed all the the races & improvements.
Good to be back home.
Things will only get better from here on.
on a side note the flagman got his when he went to pee.notice he put on a different shirt about half way through the night.

I think Mr. Spiker is putting the effort into the facility that it truly needs. There are not enough hours in the day to make up for years of wear and tear on the facility over night. I believe in time he will get the kinks worked out.

The question I would like to ask is, How do tracks get away with not having a true operational abulance at the track? I was collecting my money last night when a gentleman was being hauled off the racing surface in their "ambulance". From what I gathered from the situation is that they were unable to transport the driver in the track ambulance. He was driven to the entrance where they parked and waited on a ambulance to be dispatched and pick up the driver for transport. I dont know his condition or the circumstances of his accident. My point being is that if a driver, fan, or crew member needs immediate assistance it should be there. I would think that the insurance company would make it manditory to have a fully operational ambulance present at all times.

I would like to thank Bloomington, L-Burg, & Haubstadt for all having such great safety equipment and personel. I'm not trying to pick at LPS, but I believe this needs to be addressed at the few tracks we compete at that dont have the proper safety crews.

It sounds like it was an AWSOME night for the "NEW LPS"!!!! Update on Mark Auler's back injuries he suffered from his mod wreck last night. The MRI came back with great news,he will be held over for 24hrs and then if all goes well he will be sent home sporting a neck braise but comming home never the less..:6::8:.

That was not a rut, it was the end of the cushion. If you blew the tires loose thru the slick spot in 2 & the RR walked out, it slapped the cushion. It was an interesting track. A function of no one running the top during hot laps.

Why I do not know all the reasons behind it, this is common at many local tracks?

sounds like the good ole days are back with a nice curb coming out of 2..sometimes back in the day it would get atleast 10 inches high it was awesome seeing them cars riding the curb

Sorry wrong word "cushion" he knocked it down before the B Main but that made it worse. I'd just like to see that fixed so nobody gets hurt. Thats what caused the Mod flip and did you see the chunks of mud they were throwing into the grandstands on the backstrech. I'm glad Spiker took over and the changes and work he has done to the track are great. Lets just get the track alittle bit better. :6:
