One year ago today....
 

I hope the family doesn't mind me mentioning this.... but it is something that has been in my mind a lot since it happened. This date last year was when Kenny Biro...... who to this day I am convinced had a promising career as a race car driver.... was hurt at Paducah.

My family and myself always looked forward to seeing Kenny, Curt and the rest of the Biro family at the track every time we went. The Biros were always nice to the kids.... who I know from time to time had to be a pain in their butts! Not one single complaint.... in fact Curt always said they were welcome in his pit. I looked at Kenny much like one would a little brother. I still do to this day. The trip to motocross at Lucas Oil was one the family still talks about.

Kenny..... I know many in the racing community still have you in their minds. I have talked to you on numerous occasions. I still hear the burning desire to race. I have no idea how hard it is for you..... but I hope you can take solace in one thing. You are alive and doing well considering what you have been thru. By the grace of God we have you to talk to... to BS with and to razz like always. Life for the Biro family has been forever changed. We have all of you in our thoughts still.

The Gilbert family looks forward to seeing you and your family again soon, bro!

Maybe Curt or Kenny can update everyone on how things are going.

Also if folks would share anything about Kenny that would be great.
