Robert Ballou

Just curious...Robert's website announced that he would be driving for Indy Race Parts at ISW, yet I see in the results page(s) that he has been driving the VKCC/Buch #13. Is this for ISW only? Was Hockett going to drive and cancel? I'm a bit out of touch lately and must have missed something.

Either way, good for Ballou! He's a shoe, just needs some time to get comfortable with unfamiliar equipment.
