....and was to start your own USAC team up, what would you do exactly?

WHat chassis would you buy?
What motors would you buy?
Who would drive the cars?

Just curious of what some might say!

I wouldn't be interested in chasing any USAC titles or running pavement, at all. I would buy a couple DRC chassis, a Gaerte motor and see if Dickie Gaines would be interested in doing some more of, what guys named Gaines do best. Snatching high profile trophies and taking home checks other hot shots already had their sights set on.

sell all my non wing stuff and spend the same amount of money it takes to run usac and run with wing for twice and 3x the money

Beast silver crown dirt car, Shaver racing engines, Driver would be the hardest choice but i would try and get danny smith. But i would also think about doing a tony bruce jr thing of running wing 410 and 360`s about 30 show or so.

2 DRC's for non-wang & 2 Maxium's for WoO and other wang shows

What motors would you buy?
2 Gearte's for the non-wang & 2 Scott Gerkin/Randy Kinser/Steve Kinser's for the wang cars

Who would drive the cars?
I would put Kenny Niflis in both cars, hands down, without a 2nd thought!
And we would go where the money and the fun was, we wouldn't chase any single series.

You said "Lots of money"! You should see the toter home I'd buy for pulling to the races! WooHoo!
