Does anybody know, is the 200 lap USAC Midget race @ Anderson, that night, a points race or is it a Special Event, like the Little 500?

According to the Anderson Speedway news release, USAC's Jason McCord said the race would be awarding National points. I hoped to see both shows but now I have to make a decision again. I am glad that Tri State rescheduled, but it causes me to miss one or the other.:7:

This is a terrible date for me. I have to get up early to drive to Indy for the Brickyard 400, so I'll have to miss it. Maybe I can talk IMS into rescheduling. ;) The race at TSS will be better than the taxicabs at Indy.

That is a bad date since The USAC midget race is in Anderson that will take away all the USAC guys.

Nothing against the USAC guys but what is so wrong with an MSCS driver winning an MSCS show and a POWRi driver winning a POWRi show???
