What I heard lastnight at Kalamazoo is they are done running the USAC sprint cars.

This is a great topic for spridge to jump in on but from what I've been hearing they are just going to run a schedule that makes more sense financially and results wise. You can still count on seeing the 9 on dirt but some of the pavement races might not make sense with a driver of brad's caliber on dirt. It's a shame to see this happening but its a sign of things to come...wing is another word for money.

It would make alot more sense to dump the midget program and run the pavement sprint car.

I talked to Brad last night. The plan is to run all of Ohio Sprint Week with the exception of Friday when they plan on running the USAC sprint at Richmond.

That was before the accident in the A main.

He'll need Kasey Kahne to give him another car. He pretty much destroyed the one he was in last night.

I imagine that Kasey has another one laying around someplace that he can use.:3:

Why would they do that, do you even watch the races? He is 5th in the midget points & less than a hundred out of the lead & if you have seen him run the midget you know how strong he is in that. And as far as lat nights wreck, the car is fine just the wings & front axel, he will be back tonight.

Financially it would be smarter to scrap the midget program
