It sounds like he has already started. FWIW, he has my support with this. Best of luck to him.

He has been soundly criticized on this board, and rightly so. Now I think we need to embrace what he is doing if he follows through with it.

Rehabilatating a life is far more important than restarting a racing career. Good luck to him and his girlfriend.

I seem to recall reading that his girlfriend is a first cousin to Derek Davidson.

to me it all sounds like smoke and mirrors and a way for him to skip out of a felony conviction.......by the time this is all done i bet he wished he would have just taken the jail time so he wouldnt have to deal with all the hill-billies at the nascar races....and how many tv interviews do you think that he will get.....nobody will want to talk to a never was who threw whatever he did have away.

While I wish him luck with his freedom to pursue whats left of his life. I respect him for admitting his problems and trying to do something to curb a problem.

However and this is more directed at Warren Co. Court system

This was a Bullcrap sentence IMHO in a state where I can get a hundred dollar fine for smoking a legal cigarette within 40ft of any buisness, this guy walks free while for probably years he contributed to Street Crime, Prostitution and NARCOTICS. (All involved with the illegal drug trade in which he was a participant and user)

Please alow me to start geeks for whatever next time I commit a felony and let me walk.
BTW, I live in Warren County.
