Indiana Open Wheel - Steiny's Nuts Tour

A BIG THANK YOU to all who helped make our 2nd Annual Racing Marathon a success. :6:
We saw:
1) great racing & a new World Record at Anderson Wednesday
2) a miracle of track rework magic followed by great heat races & one of the best features I've ever seen at THAT
3) Crowns on The Mile
4) Free Dad's Root Beer & superb racing in all 3 classes at The Burg
5) The Greatest Spectacle in Motorsports - The 500

Sadly, due to a scheduling conflict, we missed the Indy Lights race, we broke a power steering pump in the Crown race & Haubstadt rained out.

The staffs at all the tracks were super. The ticket taker at Anderson left her post to take our group photo for us. Staff at both THAT & the Burg thanked us for coming on the way in & as we were leaving, one at the Burg asked if I was enjoying the show as I was heading to the Concession Stand. The Yellow Shirts at IMS were friendly & helpful. Hell, even the USAC people @ The Fairgrounds were pleasant.

Best of all were the PEOPLE we met, both in the stands & those who stopped by to say HI! and/or have a Beer after the Crown race. It was great to meet so many of you & I hope to see you all plus some more at Springfield on 8/22!
