2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
Who will be competing full-time in 2009?

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
Off the top of my head:
69 Jerry Coons, Jr. 20 Levi Jones 67 Cole Whitt 21 Tracy Hines 2B Dave Darland 9 Brad Sweet 71 Damion Gardner 30 Chad Boat 17 Chris Windom Those are the only full-time cars I can think of for sure. I've heard Bud Kaeding will be back in a sprint car next year, but I don't know if that's full-time or not. Not sure on what Yeleys are doing for sure. Nor Contos. Nor Hagen. Nor Short. |
Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
Any truth to the story that you're puttin' a car together for Kyle Larson ?

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
So Darland and Benic are going to stay together huh? That ought to be interesting if they are running for a championship. As good as Dave ran last year in that car last year he could be favored for champ from the get go.So is he going to run their pavement car to for the whole dirt/pavement schedule? And what silver crown car will he be in.Contos has one open with Cottle gone.

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
Dave said at Ft.Wayne he'll be driving the Foxco champ car again this year. They were a tough combination last year.

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
Dave will once again be piloting the "92" car for DDK of Illinois for the pavement silver crown races and the Foxco 56 on the dirt.

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
He is definetly tough in the foxco car.Havent seen much pavement silver crown in recent years.Hate the "new" silver crown car.Just needs to be the way it was.Im glad to hear he has plans for sure though.

Re: 2009 USAC Nationals Sprints Regulars
USAC went back to the old style pavement cars last year and are doing a revision process on the newer style car and changing it to a gold crown series car instead.
