FLO- Samsung Tv

Anyone out there has problems with their Samsung TVs with extreme buffering? Have uninstalled and reinstalled and have same problems. have four Samsung TV's they all buff.

it worked fine on my older Samsung tv but I just replaced it with a larger new one and I'm having the same issues. I just plugged a HDMI to USB-C cable in the back of it and going to display it from my phone and see how that works.
