"Indy Legends" at IRP This Weekend
 

Here's information on the 2nd annual Indy Legends even this weekend at IRP. Spectator admission is $20 and is good for both days. Cars run from 9:00-6:00 on Saturday and from 9:00-4:00 on Sunday. I don't know the details but I have heard that the IMS Museum is bringing some of their cars. Last year they brought several cars and ran them on the track both days.

Thanks for posting this. My cousin and I went today and it was a lot of fun watching some old cars run around IRP. There were a couple of Harry Miller cars and several roadsters running and the IMS Museum had these:
The Museum's Restoration Team will run the 1950 Wyn's Friction Proofing Special Kurtis and 1955 John Zink Kurtis roadster in various on-track exhibition sessions throughout both days. In addition to the cars running, we will also have a static display of the following vehicles:

1919 Sunbeam
1922 Bentley
1962 Thompson Harvey Aluminum Special
1958 Dowgard Kuzma
1974 Jose Johnson Special Eagle
